How can I enable or disable the internal or external clock source configuration on the TMS570LS3137 microcontroller? According to the datasheet, External Clock 1 and External Clock 2 support DCC.
Is the clock source referred to as Osc Freq internal or external?

Osc is an external crystal clock only. This clock will be generated based on external crystal that we connect between OSCIN and OSCOUT.

The PLL's will use only oscillator clock and that cannot be changed.
If you want to use other clocks like External clock etc to drive your core than you need to change it at below area:
And also remember that you no need to be only connect crystal between OSCIN and OSCOUT, sometimes you can also directly give external clock source to OSCIN, please refer below thread once to understand this method.

Hi Hasan,
You can select HF LPO as a clock source to the processor:
But it is primarily designed for clock monitoring purpose (i mean for monitoring main oscillator frequency), once this main oscillator failed then it will act as a backup/fail-safe source to run CPU.
And also note that 10Mhz is too low for performance expectations.
