LAUNCHXL2-570LC43: Launchpad not powering UP.

My LAUNCHXL2-570LC board is not being detected by the PC, turns out LED9 that is labelled as "CURR" is ON which is connected to fault pin of U9 IC that is TPS2553-DBV-6 and LED6 "ERR" is also ON. How to troubleshoot? The board was working fine till yesterday and no peripherals are connected to the launchpad. How do I give supply bypassing U9? Is it safe? Can I still use the USB for loading program if I do so? One more observation is that if I kill osc, all LEDs come to ready state but still cannot be detected by Host PC.

Can you please check similar below issue once, i am suspecting same issue in your case as well.

Maybe a low source supply causing the problem, even i am not sure exactly what caused this problem. Let's continue your work on this board and comeback if you are again end up with this issue in the future.
