Hello Team,

We are currently using the MSP432E401Y microcontroller on a custom board for our product and are in the process of planning the product lifecycle.

Could you please confirm if there is an End of Life (EOL) date planned for the MSP432E401Y?

Additionally, is it possible to receive an official document or confirmation email from TI regarding this?

    Hi Monica,

      There is no plan for EOL of this product. We are actively supporting this product and therefore unable to provide a date. 

    In general, our process to evaluate whether a device is a candidate for obsolescence is to consistently review device activity and if the situation is merited with limited or no activity for an extended time period, we will move the device to NRND and subsequently offer an EOL LTB following notification for JEDEC practices. 

    There are always exceptions to this process and these are taken on a case by case basis and our goal is to work with customers to find a solution.
