Would you please try to use the latest ind_comms_sdk provided on TI website (https://www.ti.com/tool/IND-COMMS-SDK)? We have done a number of improvements related to your concern there.

Please note that the 250us support is currently experimental, so your feedback on this topic is highly appreciated.

yes I've tried latest version, with same issue. But in datasheet for latest version it's marked as In Progress so I thought that it was supported on older version according to datasheet and new version had some bugs with it.

My bad... You're right, 250us support hasn't been merged into our latest official release. However, it will be a part of our next release for sure. If you're interested in a quick custom solution for your use-case, please reach out so we can discuss this further.

I need make this work as soon as possible so I'd appreciate your help. In my solution for PROFINET I use 2 slots, with MaxSupportedRecordSize  4096 and MaxOtuputLength 360. I will try to provide as much code parts as possible, but some parts are under NDA so I’ll have to discuss it with my higher-ups.
