1. Can ADC be used to measure internal VREF directly for calibration purpose?
2. Separately, if customer wants to use ADC to monitor VDD's stability, can it be done?

Hello Eddie,
Thank you for contacting us. According to the ADC channel mapping, there is no channel that corresponds to either VREF or VDDA hence none of these two are exposed to the ADC's input multiplexer. However, these can be used as references so technically, you can estimate them by applying a known voltage to an ADC pin and reverse-calculating. Kindly find the ADC Channel table below:

Kindly let me know if you have further questions or concerns.

Hello Bruce,
Thank you for this! I just read the thread and it does seem that VREF is still available on A12. I will submit a document feedback on this since it's still not updated (and figure out internally regarding the sysconfig portion). Thanks again.
Regards, Jojo
This thread appears to say that VREF is available on A12, and its absence from the datasheet (and sysconfig) is a mistake:
I haven't found a description for "Supply/Battery Monitor" (A15) but I suppose it's something like VDD/2.
Hello Eddie,
Hope all is well. Nevertheless, just checking in to verify if further assistance is needed on this or not. If so, kindly let me know.
Regards, Jojo
