AM2632: PCB vibration test data

Hi,

My customer is considering to use AM2632 for safety unit.
It is the 1st time for them to use BGA package for safety PCB and they concern solder crack caused by vibration, etc.
Do we have any evaluation data for PCB vibration test?

Hello,

The AM263x device is certified up to SIL-3. I do not believe we have specific evaluation data for PCB Vibration tests.

Could you check if we have PCB vibration evaluation for any BGA packages other than AM263x?
