Tool/software:
Once a board fails to connect when debugging, the following error keeps appearing regardless of whether it is connected via the 10-pin DAP connector or the 2-pin SWDIO/SWCLK connector.
Also tried performing a factory reset, but it didn't proceed successfully.
It rarely succeeds after multiple attempts, Could you please advise what we should check in this case?
(test condition: connecting with customer sample board and LaunchPad debugger(XDS110)
CS_DAP_0: Error connecting to the target: DAP connection Error. This could be caused by the device having gone to low power mode. Try forcing an external reset.If the error persists, try forcing BSL, a mass erase or a Factory Reset. Check device FAQs for more information.
