AM2432: AM243 GPIO floating

Part Number: AM2432

Tool/software:

Hi

What is the state of the AM2432 GPIO during reset and before software configuration? We tested in the laboratory and found that there is a floating level of about 500mV during the chip power-on process (during reset) and before software configuration. Is this the expected behavior?

I noticed in datasheet about these 3 OFF status.

1st Off = RX Off
→ Input buffer disabled (external signals cannot be input)
2nd Off = TX Off
→ Output buffer disabled (no drive capability)
3rd Off = PULL Off
→ Internal pull-up/pull-down resistors disconnected (no level bias)
Combined effect:
The pin is always in a complete high-impedance state (Hi-Z), equivalent to an electrically isolated floating state.
