My customer is considering develop with TI's Software Diagnostics Library (SDL).

Is there anything license fee for mass production?

Do you have document about license?

I believe this library is simlpy software library such as driverlib.

Do you have suggested devlopment enviorment? (IDE, OS running on AM243x, Industrial stack, ...)
