Hi,
While connecting launchpad getting following error:
Error initializing emulator:
(Error -260 @ 0x0)
An attempt to connect to the XDS110 failed.
The cause may be one or more of: no XDS110 is connected, invalid
firmware update, invalid XDS110 serial number, or faulty USB
cable. The firmware and serial number may be updated using the
xdsdfu utility found in the .../ccs_base/common/uscif/xds110
directory of your installation. View the XDS110SupportReadMe.pdf
file there for instructions.
(Emulation package 20.0.0.3178)

Also, I tried connecting different cable.

Hi,
Continuing to the above-mentioned error I have noticed following 2 cases:

1. Case 1: LED102 (Green) ON and LED1 (Red) ON
2. Case 2: LED101 (Red) ON

Also, I attached Images of Launchpad

As a follow-up, I also checked the schematic regarding these cases and have attached an image of it. However, the document does not mention any descriptions related to them. Could you please guide me on this?

Hi,

I would try the following:

1) Restart computer

2) Different USB cable

3) Reinstall CCS

Any chance you have a different launchpad to try to see if it's isolated to that board?
