what is the max Clamping-Current of the inputs of MSPM0C1105/-6 ? The prelim datasheet does not show this information.
for the Hercules devices we've a very good app note on this (https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spna201a/spna201a.pdf?ts=1752513490357) Do we've something similar for MSPM0Cs?
