Thank you for the links. The reliability doc lists 2.41 FIT at 125C. However, units for the FIT value are not disclosed. It is common to express FIT as Failures per 1E9 hours. Can you confirm the units of FIT?

I can confirm the units are 1E9 as you mentioned. There is an alternate look up tool which does show the units here:
