I am evaluating the TMS570LC4357-SEP for use in a LEO satellite application. Can you provide any reports or data relating to the following topics: Reliability, (FIT, MTBF), Radiation, and AEC Qualification? Thank you.

Thank you for the links. The reliability doc lists 2.41 FIT at 125C. However, units for the FIT value are not disclosed. It is common to express FIT as Failures per 1E9 hours. Can you confirm the units of FIT?
