MSPM0L1306-Q1: Secure Firmware Update about MSPM0L130x and MSPM0Gx50x.

After researching internally, other devices can have secure firmware update if the devices have a keystore. However, for these devices that only have one bank (different flash requirements), the image will need to be loaded into the same flash bank. This is possible but different from the regular bank swap process but can still be done securely.
