From a power loss state, how quickly does it take to start power up post-processing and is it difficult to recover power from a complete power loss by a few tens of μs?

Hello Kenley,
The details of M0 cold start process, you can refer to the below figure. In fact, it is MSPM0L device, because M0C mainly clock is 24MHz and its Vcore cap is internal, the running boot code time and VCORE charging time maybe a little different with L series. But the process is same. 
In fact, in our C1104 datasheet, we have provided the time used when VDD crosses BOR+ to the first instructions of user program. If customer need the data, I recommend to use this below data.
