MSPM0G3507: What is different between OPAMP and GPAMP?

Hello guru,

MSPM0G3507 has 2 OPAMP and 1 GPAMP.

OPAMP is the OPAMP that I already know. But GPAMP looks like just a buffer.

Do you know the purpose and example of GPAMP?

Hi,

The OPA contains a high-performance amplifier, but the GPAMP is more general purpose.

The specifications of the GPAMP and OPA will be different. I recommend comparing them in the TRM (and data sheet) to see what features you are interested in.

As I understand, if I use additional resistor, is it possible to get gain(A) more than 1 ?

Correct!

You will need to configure the input mux (NSEL) correctly, so you can take advantage of the external GPAMP pins.
