TMS570LC4357: Not Getting Valid Temperature Output from Code

Hi,
I'm working with the TMS570LC4357 MCU and trying to read temperature values using the on-chip thermistor (sensor 3 via ADC2 channel 30). I followed the documentation and used example calibration and read functions, but I always get either 0 or 150 temperature values.And I used the codes in the spna216 file.(If needed i can show the codes)

Any idea what might be going wrong or what else I should check?
