Hi Support Team,

There is no notification feature on the SYSCONFIG site,
but could you please send email notifications (Notifications)
when the latest version is released, as you do for SDK and CCS?

  • Hello Kanae,

Thank you for the suggestion. I have notified the relevant people regarding your suggestion.

    Thank you

    ki

  • I have heard back from the SysConfig manager. They will be enabling alerts for subscribed users on ti.com for future SysConfig releases.

    Thank you.

    ki

  • Hi Ki,

    Thank you for your reply.
I need to inform our customers when this feature will be added,
so could you please check the estimated date with the SysConfig manager?

    Best Regards,
    Kanae

  • Please note that due to the local holiday today, responses from the SysConfig experts may be delayed.

    Thank you

    ki

  • so could you please check the estimated date with the SysConfig manager?

If you are asking about alerts, I believe this has been done already. Or are you asking about the date for the next SysConfig release?

  • Hi Ki,

     Thank you for your support.

I am sure you have confirmed the alert, but the AM64x product website shows the following..,

When I login to MyTI and register SYSCONFIG, I get an error.

I have restarted my PC and checked several times, but the result is the same.
Is the notification function here enabled?

    Best Regards,
    Kanae

  • Is the notification function here enabled?

It is enabled. However, notifications will only occur for future releases. It is not possible to enable them for currently published ones.

    Thank you

    ki

  • Hi Ki,

    Thank you for your support.

As in my previous post, I am unable to register SYSCONFIG in myTI dashboard: Product, tool, and software alerts.

When I tried registering AM6411, it registered without any problems.

It seems that “SYSCONFIG” is not enabled in “Add an alert by entering the part number for a product, tool, or software.”

    Could you please check this?

    Bets Regards,
    Kanae

  • As in my previous post, I am unable to register SYSCONFIG in myTI dashboard: Product, tool, and software alerts.

Ah, sorry I misunderstood. I am not sure what the issue is. After login, Is the following dialog available when you press the "Notifications" button for SysConfig?

  • Hi Ki,

    Thank you for your support.

After log in, click the “Notifications” button in SysConfig,
and the above dialog box will appear.
However, even if I click “Subscribe,” it is not reflected in the myTI dashboard.
I also tried “Notifications” for “DDR-CONFIG-AM64,”
but similarly, the above dialog box appears, but it is not reflected in the dashboard.
Could you please check the cause?

    Best Regards,
    Kanae

  • This is a bit out my area of expertise since this more of an issue with the TI webpage issue and not an actual sysconfig issue. I will need to find the right people to escalate this to.

  • Hi Ki,

Thank you so much for your support. I really agree with you.

Could you check if the person who added “Notifications” to SYSCONFIG has enabled it on the system?

If there is any other way to check, like asking your local support, please let me know.

    Best Regards,
    Kanae

  • I have escalated this to the team responsible for the ti.com site. They have mentioned that there are aware of some issues with alerts. They also mentioned that there is an ongoing work to update the alert system so this could be related. I will pass on any updates as I receive them.

  • Hi Ki,

    Thank you for your support!
I look forward to receiving your update information.

    Best Regards,
    Kanae

  • Hi Ki,

SYSCONGIG's Notification feature is still not enabled.
Could you please let us know when the website maintenance is expected to be completed?

    Best Regards,
    Kanae
