2. the temperature sensor's accuracy ?

1. The key point which will affect the UART baud rate you can use is: UART clock source, oversampling rate. In different low power mode, different clock can be UART clock source. the table "Supported Functionality by Operating Mode" can be found in datasheet. The oversampling you can set by yourself. You must make sure that the target baud rate less than the UART clk/oversampling rate. I recommend you to try to do some configuration in Sysconfig to see whether meet your requirement.

I saw UART is PD0 , are my understand below correct
- in sleep 0, i can select 32MHz, and max baud rate i can set is 10Mbps ?
- in stop 0, i can select 4MHz, and the max boaud rate i can set is 4Mbps ?

Except for my comments in previous response, there is another need to be refer to, you can find the "BITCLK“ in datasheet, the max bit clock is 4MHz. In other words, 4Mbps.
