E/W Cycling: Perform a cycle of 100K erase/write operations followed by erasure to verify the lifespan of the memory.
Power Cycling: During testing, ensure that a batch of chips is tested at different voltages in high and low temperature environments.
For example: HTHP: High Temperature High Pressure Power Cycling, place the chip in an environment of 125°C, set the voltage to 3.6V, and then perform random power on and off, where the power on duration is between 0.8s and 2s, and the power off duration is between 20s and 30s. The MCU counts reach 10,000 times before stopping, monitoring whether the power on and off status of the chip is normal.
