I am facing the same issue as the related question in my own project. Reads to all ADC3 and 4 registers are not possible in the debugger as well as during runtime. Attempting to read a register causes a jump to HwiP_user_data_abort_handler_c. Configuration is identical (directly copied) to working ADC0-2 configuration done through sysconfig.

    Apologies for the late reply.

    Can you please check and let me know what the complete orderable part number is of AM2632-Q1 that you are using. For example, is it something like AM2634CODFHMZCZRQ1? Asking this, since part numbers like AM2634CODFHMZCZRQ1 have 3 ADCs enabled, which are the Standard Analog variant.
