MSPM0C1103: XDS110 cannot connect to customer board with M0C1103

Tool/software:

Hi team,

Customer use LP-MSPM0C1104 as XDS110 debug board. They connect XDS110 to their PCB with M0C1103. But the tool happen below "Error -615".

Please help instruct what's the possible reason. Welcome any suggestion. Thank you.

We have a page for troubleshooting common JTAG connectivity issues, including the one you are seeing: https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/ccs_debugging_jtag_connectivity_issues.html#incorrect-swd-header. As that page notes, it is possible for this to be caused by a real hardware issue, but before we conclude that, can you verify which jumpers between the XDS110 and the M0C1103 side of the board are populated?
