I have this exact situation as described in the thread below. We are planning a system architecture using TI AM623 Linux host connected to an MSPM0G device and we need a Linux solution to enable MSP firmware updates via BSL. The response from the thread below is a couple of years old so I thought I'd ask this again incase something has been developed since then.

Hi Rperezti,

We do not have the plan to support the Linux OS, as this is not part of M0 level.

As suggested in the thread, we have the Python based GUI (we provide the source code) which might be used in Linux OS, while we rely on the user development to implement it in Linux OS.

Hi Sal. I did see that thread, but noted that the response is over 2 years old from when MSPM0 wasn't even production released yet. So I wanted point the question our there again, especially on the processor forum which I suppose includes many Linux developers.

Hi Reperezti,

We still do NOT have the plan to develop Linux support in MSPM0, so we do not have the Linux OS support with bootloader.

I get comments that user could refer to the Python code due to Linux should support python environment.

Other than that, I have no other knowledge on Linux OS support.

Hi Sal. Coming back on this, how can I access the python code for PC based MSPM0 BSL programming? I see a brief mention in SLAAE88 about this Python implementation, but I can't find that source code.
