I recently updated the email address associated with my personal myTI account — from a Humax domain to a Humax Networks domain. However, I haven’t received the activation email at the new Humax Networks address yet.

I understand it may take some time, but I just wanted to check if the email change was processed correctly and whether the activation email has been sent.

The new email address is: kimyj1@humax-networks.com

      I will check the status for you. However, it may take a while as this is not a MCU question and I don't know how the account update is handled.

    I would like to request the deletion of my previous post titled "Activation email not received for myTI account."

    The reason is that I realized I had already registered with my Humax Networks email address, so the issue was due to my oversight. I only need to delete the old Humax account, and I’ve already sent a request to support@ti.com but haven’t received a response yet.

    Also, I tried to delete the post within 30 minutes of posting, thinking it was removed, but it seems it wasn’t successfully deleted.
