MSPM0C1106: CCS report warning after enable ARM hex Utility

Hi Expert

I use CCS20.2 and mspm0_sdk_2_05_01_00 for MSPM0C1106 debug, if I enable the Arm hex utility and select intel hex, the debug folder will generate .i1/ .i2/ .i3 file and output window will output warning， what's the function of those file and why the warning appears? should I care about those file and warning information?
