Hello Team,

During flash erase Operation. the Flash operation was terminated in between and it was executed partially

Because of this, the CPU reset was not working.

We tried to use uniflash tool for Factory auto erase and Mass erase but the tool is not able to successfully erase.

The XDS debug probe is failing every time.

Also Mass erase struck here

Can you please let us know how we can get back the board.

Hey Pradeep, are you able to at least establish a connection with the device? Are you using CCS or just the Uniflash here?

I tried both uniflash and CCS but still same issue.

I tried to update XDS firmware, but did not work

The XDS debug probe is not able to establish communication, it is not able to do DAP reset properly.

Is there any XDS bootloader that we can run to reset everything?

Hi, I think the only way I've seen that error was to double hard fault the MCU. The double hard fault puts the MCU into a Lockup state. https://developer.arm.com/documentation/dui0662/b/The-Cortex-M0--Processor/Fault-handling/Lockup

I would also make sure you are using the latest version of CCS as it gives a slightly more descriptive version of this error that specifically says to Factory Reset
