My customer report one LP-MSPM0G3519 cannot work. I try to do FactoryReset_Manual by CCS 20.2, it still fail. Below picture shows the CCS status. Please instruct how to recover this launchapd. Thank you.

See the instructions showed in consle: Press the reset button.
So, you should manually press the S3 (NRST) button in the LP after you execute the scripts.
Or you can select factory reset auto which does not need manually press the button.

Hi Jerry,
Two additional method can be further used:
1. Please keep press the button S1 (PA18), then PA18 will be connected to VCC. And then, run the factory reset again.
2. Keep press the button S3 (NRST) and lanuch the ccxml files, then run the factory reset manual scripts, release button S3 untill it show the content ask you to press the reset button in the console.
If these two method failed, please let me know whether customer has done modification on NONMAIN memeory.
