My customer is now evaluating AM261now. He has following questions:

1. He wants to know, if they are using external PFRAM with AM261, do we have freertos demo based on external PFRAM?

2. He wants to know what kind of library format can AM261 support.

Hello,

I am unfamiliar with PFRAM, are you referring to PSRAM - pseudo static RAM, or something specific with FRAM - ferroelectric RAM?

I mean PSRAM here. Such as PSRAM on AM261 EVM: APS12808L-OBMX-BA

I apologize for the lack of response here,

I wasn't able to find a freertos example for PSRAM, although I am asking to see if anyone else knows of any. I was able to find an OSPI PSRAM IO example, and the RAM section of the SDK does say we support 16-bit p-SRAM devices.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any freertos PSRAM examples. The majority of our examples are nortos, so there are very few freertos examples available. Regards,
