Hi I'm using SysConfig 1.24.2+4234 from dev.ti.com/sysconfig and I am not able to save my configuration. I would like to be able to save the work from the sysconfig session to bring it up again on the cloud sysconfig at a later time. I am specifically testing this with MSPM0G1107 but I don't think the problem is device specific. I am able to configure all the peripherals as needed, but when I chose the File->Save As option, I get the Exception shown below. Is this a known problem and is there a workaround?

I am doing this from a Windows 11 Pro laptop and I have tried this with the same results on; Firefox 128.14.0esr (64-bit), Chrome Version 139.0.7258.129 (Official Build) (64-bit), and MS Edge Version 139.0.3405.102 (Official build) (64-bit).

Hi Ruben,

I can't seem to reproduce this issue. I created a new file for C1107 and then added a GPIO and then was able to save the file without issue. Does this happen with any device and with any action? Or just a specific sequence?

Hi Ki. This is independent of the device for me. I have the same problem with TMS320F28P650DK for example.

Hi Ruben,

I'm unable to reproduce the issue on both devices you've mentioned. Can you attach your sysconfig script? It's possible the workspace was down for a short amount of time causing this issue.

Thanks Aikam. I'm unable to save the script but the problem is not dependent on the sysconfig configuration or device selected. Ki-soo and I just walked recorded a webex to demonstrate the behavior on both Chrome and Firefox. I will share the recording link with you offline.

This issue was resolved. The issue was due to the some corruption with the user workspace in cloud. Having the TI cloud admin clean up the user workspace resolved the issue.
