Hi,

The only TI MCU that I'm aware of with 4MB is the TMS570LC4357. However, it has only 512kB of RAM, not 2MB. I don't think TI has any MCU with your requirement (4MB flash and 2MB RAM). For TMS570LC4357, please visit the product page at https://www.ti.com/product/TMS570LC4357.
