Here is some additional information for you (and any other community members) regarding potentially counterfeit devices:

Procedure:
All inquiries related to counterfeit material verification should be sent to ti-counterfeit@list.ti.com.

Required information
1. Completed Counterfeit Request Form (Attached at bottom of post)
2. High-quality pictures of the bottom & top of the device(s) and of the bar code label
3. Copies/pictures of shipping documents, i.e. packing slip showing the origin of the devices to TI or an authorized TI distributor.

Once the required information is provided to ti-counterfeit@list.ti.com, TI will review the request for verification.
