can M3 run the code in the RAM?

Dear,

I have some questions about M3's running code?

1. M3 can run the software code in flash, can M3 run the code in the internal RAM?

2. LM3S9B96 has EPI, can connect exteranl SDRAM,  can M3 run the code in the external SDRAM? 

3. can M3 run code in the external spi flash?

4. the above three same question to M4?
