Tool/software:
I followed the instructions to copy the contents of the MCAL plugin directory (found in MCAL_AM263Px_10.02.00\mcal_config\plugins) to what I believe is the correct spot (C:\EB\tresos\plugins). However, the AM263P4 does not appear as a Target when creating a new configuration project in Tresos.

Are you copying with changing the name?
After doing the same, please restart the EB and you should see the target in the drop down

We have figured out the problem.
The documentation says "Copy all the plugins from MCAL installation directory to *{EB_TRESOS_INSTALL_DIRECTORY}\plugins folder." This is vague and ambiguous.
What it should say is "Copy the entire contents of the MCAL plugins directory, e.g. *MCAL_AM263Px_10.02.00\mcal_config\plugins\AM263Px, to the *{EB_TRESOS_INSTALL_DIRECTORY}\plugins folder". So that the Tresos plugin folder contents look like this:
