As Kier suggested above, please use MPU configuration present in syscfg to configure MPU regions for each core

Also if you have communication between the core via share memory, make sure to configure the same in syscfg.

Along with that make sure the linker command file has memory regions defined for that particular core only(in order to avoid any memory overlap)

MPU in ARM is a  hardware component within an ARM processor designed to control access to specific memory regions within an embedded system.
