Please refer to the datasheet of each protocol to find the RAM and flash size.

All the protocol example can run for internal flash and RAM memory. For example you do not need PSRAM.

PSRAM is added on LP for the working PSRAM demo. If customer want, they can use PSRAm also for more slots/subslots in Profinet or more memory for their own program.
