we want to implement the lbist-functionality to our device. The documentation is found here: AM243x MCU+ SDK: LBIST
It says "The LBIST examples provided with SDL will give the necessary sequences, which can be used by the application for implementing the sequence." But there are no examples. I didn't find any anywhere.
We want to especially test the M4F core. Our SBL is starting at R5f mcu0_0. As soon as the SBL finds an m4-image it should execute those tests.
The documentation says this is self-destructive, thus we do not know how to reset everything properly so our application will run fine and it's also not clear if we can already load all cores or at which point in the initialization the test should happen at all.
Where can we find more info on this?
