AM263P2: Does the 3MB of OCSRAM have SECDED ECC?

Tool/software:

From the AM263Px spec sheet I see that the 3MB of OCSRAM boasts "ECC error protection". But I can't find anything in the spec that goes into more detail about the ECC protection.

Specifically, does the AM263Px Sitara family have SECDED ECC on their 3MB of OCSRAM?

(Single Error Correction and Double Error Detection)
