I'm using the XDS110 Debug probe to program my MCU. The code successfully upload when The Electric vehicle is off but when I turn it on this is the error.

Error: (Error -1001 @ 0x0) Requested operation is not supported on this device. (Emulation package 20.2.0.3536)
Trouble Halting Target CPU: (Error -2064 @ 0x0) Unable to read device status. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 20.2.0.3536)
JTAG Communication Error: (Error -615 @ 0x0) The target failed to see a correctly formatted SWD header. The connection to the target may be unreliable. Try lowering the TCLK setting before trying again. (Emulation package 20.2.0.3536)

Hi Christopher,
It seems to me that it could be a problem related to the power going into the MCU. Just to confirm, is the device able to be programmed once the system power if off? If it is, then I would recommend sending the schematics of the MCU to your local sales representative or FAE so we can take a look at it.

Here is the method that can help reduce the MSPM0 lock frequency because of the signal quality issues:

Reduce the length of the debug cable(SWDIO and SWCLK) between XDS110 and MSPM0. Within 20cm is OK, 10cm is better.

Reduce debugger SWD speed, double click .ccxml file, then change the speed in TI XDS110 USB Debug Probe

Also, please try to monitor the SWD signal waveform, I think when system is working, there maybe large noise on SWD signal.
