MSPM0L2228: How to write the flash of MSPM0 when some error was found

I'm trying to build my firmware for MSPM0L2228.

1) But the following error was occurred when i tried to write my firmware to the device from CCS.

2) And the detailed diagnostic info was shown after i pressed the 'Read boot diagnostic button'.

    CS_DAP_0: Device diagnostic read = 0x00000036

3) After that, I tried to do DSSM factory reset from CSS, but the response seems be not good...

CS_DAP_0: Initiating Device Factory Reset
CS_DAP_0: Attempting CS_DAP connection
CS_DAP_0: Attempting SEC_AP connection
CS_DAP_0: Command Sent
CS_DAP_0: Start hardware Reset using NRST
CS_DAP_0: Initiating BOOTRST Board Reset
CS_DAP_0: Reset line asserted
CS_DAP_0: Reset line de-asserted
CS_DAP_0: Board Reset Complete
CS_DAP_0: Reset done
CS_DAP_0: SEC_AP Disconnect
CS_DAP_0: SEC_AP Reconnect

4) Further i tried to unlock the device with C-GANG, but the similar error was shown and not updated...

Could you tell me the meaning of '0x00000036' of the diag. info and how to fix this issue???
