Hi TI Team,

i have been referencing the AM2632 MCU+SDK example code for my PBIST Implementation.
As per my understanding the code given in the example is PBIST Application code.
I want to implement a simple PBIST as part of the boot just to check the memory and also i want to keep the PBIST code minimal since it is my boot.

is there any reference i can refer to implement the Boot PBIST without any interrupts on it?
or is it mandatory to implement the PBIST as per the example given in the MCU+SDK?

Your Assistance and guidance will be greatly appreciated?

Hi Saravan,

You can enable MCU_PBIST by using syscfg-gui in sbl_null example.

I'm using the "mcu_plus_sdk_am263x_10_02_00_13" code to refer the example
can you please guide to set up the project in my ccs
i'm using CCS 12.8 version
i'm using the sysconfig 1.25 version.

I couldn't find the folder called sbl_null in the example.

Hi Saravanan,

Sorry for late response.

Need sysconfig_1.23.0 version for mcu_plus_sdk_am263x_10_02_00_13.

You can find and use sbl_null in

gmake -s -C examples/drivers/boot/sbl_null/am263x-cc/r5fss0-0_nortos/ti-arm-clang syscfg-gui

And latest version of SDK available with fixes. I suggest using mcu_plus_sdk_am263x_11_00_00_19
