MSPM0C1104: Unable to find in stock purchasing, and concerned about noise floor.

Tool/software:

I'm wanting to implement the MSPM0C1104 to my projects, but I'm unable to find the chip available on any part distributor website?

Additionally I'm trying to implement this for extremely stable noise floor recording, and wondering if the part has high PSRR or if there's strategies to help when designing PCB.
