Hi TI Team,
Regarding the PBIST Controller in the AM2632, our team has few questions.
1. It is said in the user guide that the PBIST must be run from the different core, but we are using the core in Lockstep mode.
is it mandatory that the core should be in dual core mode to perform the PBIST test's
so how can i configure the PBIST to test the memory regions?
2. In the SDK Example code there are some registers mentioned but i couldn't find those in the reference manual
for example:-
1. PBIST-> STR register which is mentioned in the examples to start the PBIST run.
