AM2434: How to enable BISS-C based on AM2434 PRU-ICSSG 333MHZ?

This is due to reason that RX FIFO Clock of BiSS Interface has dependency upon  ICSS Core Clock or ICSS UART Clock for Clock source.

In some cases, for example if you are planning to run BiSS-C at 10 MHz, Core Clk Freq is 333 MHz & UART Clk Freq is 192 MHz. The closest possible clock value you can achieve here with 8x Oversampling is 10.4 MHz ( 32 as rx divider). We have not tested these kind of cases. 

Please let me know what's the BiSS interface speed requirement of customer. We can discuss on this further on how to achieve that configuration.
