AM263P4: Building with CCS20 fails to complete

Tool/software:

Quite regularly I see CCS failing to complete a build.

There is a small popup at the lower right saying "Building: r5fss0-0" that never finishes.

If I cancel then all the Build/Clean/Rebuild options in the right-click menu on the project are greyed out.

How can I see what CCS is getting stuck on in the project build?

Is there a way to clear the menu's to build again?

I am using CCS 20.3.0.14__1.9.0

with TI AM263Px SDK 11.0.0.19

Edit - forgot to say this is on a Mac

Below are the things you can try:

1. You try cleaning the project and trying again

2. Change the workspace, create a new one, and then import and rebuild the project

Please let me know if these also do not fix your issue

Is there a way to see what is causing the build to stall ?

I don't see a window or view that shows exactly what is going on - or is ther e debug mode for CCS that can help?
