We plan to buy a TMS570 HDK kit.

What are the sample applications using Internet will be available in the CD?

Hi Karthick,

The HDK has one Ethernet PHY, and can support MII (default) and RMII (minor HW changes). The current DVD doesn't contain sample code for internet application, but we will provide LWIP sample code very soon.

Please also note that the Micrium support package for the HDK includes Ethernet support.

Thanks for prompt reply. I would like to know probable time line for lwip release as we are planning to start the activity in a span of two weeks.

Thanks. We are planning to use MICROSAR BSW OS provided with development kit. Does TI provide Ethernet support for the mentioned OS to be used in TMDX570LS31HDK board??

Hi Karthick,

TI is working on MCAL 4.x drivers for AUTOSAR. I am not aware of those drivers supporting our Ethernet MAC at this time. The comms services stacks would need to come from your AUTOSAR vendor.

Otherwise, we have the wiki project that Pramod points to above.
