AM2432: Phy address seems not change

Tool/software:

Hello Team,

My customer is testing ind_comms_sdk_am243x_11_00_00_13's ethercat_subdevice_demo\402_cia with CCS20.2.0.

example code is using address 3, 15 and customer changed it to 3 and 1.

and when it comes to log, it is the still showing 3 and 15. 

What should be done to change the address properly?
