I have a question regarding the Vcore pin on the L1228 and about the Safety manual
In the datasheet it is specifically saying this for the Vcore pin (page 43)
“The VCORE pin must only be connected to CVCORE. Do not supply any voltage or apply any external load to the VCORE pin”
But in the safety manual it says (page 40):
6.3.55 SYSCTL10: External Voltage Monitor
Use an external voltage monitor on VCORE PAD to monitor the LDO output
So, I am little bit confused about this, could you please give some comment or advice ?
