Our PCB assembler in China having problems flashing the firmware. He uses the XDS110 programmer.
We have not yet been able to identify the problem. It seems access rights are missing. He creates the standalone package in Uniflash, but when executing the *.bat file, an error message appears. Access denied. I have seen videos from our supplier, but he is doing everything correctly.
Are there compatibility issues between Uniflash and the Chinese version of Microsoft? When he runs the *.bat file, the message ‘If this continues, please run fsclean or set TI_APPDATA_DIR to directory you have permissions to access’ appears.
I already suspected that it was the Chinese characters in the path. We have already saved the *.bat file to the hard drive without using Chinese characters in the path, without success.
