Unable to flash the code in to MCU

Below items checked and they are intact

Power supply – 3.3V and 1.2V – intact
Clock to the MCU is intact – Monitored on the scope and found ok
TMS, TDI, TDO, TCK,TRST are intact – Monitored in the SCOPE and found ok
Power ON reset (NPORRST)is Intact – HIGH always

Same MCU was able to flash at the very beginning and flashed multiple times also.

Hi Bhardwaj,

It looks like the code you programmed is making the part enter an exception state repeatedly. This prevents the CPU from entering a debug state, resulting in the behavior you observe. You need to try to erase the part, assert and release nRST to see if the erase command is able to halt the CPU and erase the flash.
