Because the defective rate is very high ( 67.16%), if you can replace good products, FA report no need to be provided

Hi Zoe,

I think we need to clarify which causes the failure. I would say the defective rate is quite high. If we can not figure out the root cause and overcome it, the new samples will still have potential issue.

Hi Zoe,

1.If it is due to TI product quality, we can. But I think such a high failure rate probably stems from the application level, not the chip itself.

2. If you want to do FA report, you can contact your corresponding sales team. Or you can help me loop it into the email

3.If it is an application-level problem, it is likely related to the schematic and layout. Therefore, we can first troubleshoot this problem. In short, we can communicate privately via email. Can you please loop me into the email?
