I am trying to find the MSPM0Gx51x Functional Safety Analysis Report, specifically for XMSPM0G3519SPNR. I am looking for the FIT data of the component.

However, it says the FIT data is in the Functional Safety Analysis Report, which I cannot seem to find. Any help would be appreciated!
